Method: ✦ Cut ham into bite-size pieces and chop spring onions. ✦ In a pot, boil water and add rice, ham, and salt. ✦ Let the rice cook halfway and add the carrots in. ✦ When the rice is almost done, add the remaining ingredients. Serve the rice and enjoy.

Method: ✦ Slice hard-boiled egg as thin as you can. ✦ Place egg and ham slice on the bottom slice of bread. ✦ Place cheese slice and sprinkle salt and pepper. ✦ Butter the top slice of bread and put the butter side down.
Make sure to pack salt, pepper, sugar, and some seasonings as they come in handy while camping. You can take precooked meals with you, if you do not want to spend a lot of time cooking at the camp site.
